Our mission is to empower young people ages 16–21 to become confident leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs by providing hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world business experiences.
We foster a supportive community that builds leadership skills, economic understanding, and civic responsibility—preparing the next generation to create opportunities, launch ideas, and positively impact their world.

What Parents Should Know
The North Rockland Junior Chamber is a supervised, community-based program designed to help young people build leadership, communication, and real-world skills.
Participants will:
• Work on projects in a structured, supportive environment
• Meet local business owners and community leaders
• Learn teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving
• Have opportunities to earn community service hours (when applicable)
Meetings and activities are planned in advance, and we aim to provide a positive, respectful environment where students can grow, explore ideas, and gain confidence.
