DESCRIPTION:RAIN OR SHINE – We are 30 miles north of NYC in Rockland County. \nHaverstraw Riverwide Arts and the Village of Haverstraw\, NY\, are hosting the 12th annual “Haverstraw Crawl Eats and Beats\,” featuring small plates and tapas from over 20 restaurants\, live music and kids’ activities. The event starts in front of Webster Bank at 38 New Main St.\, and does not require tickets. Crawl maps will be handed out to attendees. \nFood samplings cost $10-$15 per plate. New Main at Maple\, Main St.\, West St. and a portion of Broadway will be closed for outdoor seating in Haverstraw’s walkable\, historic downtown.

SUMMARY:Infinity & Beyond Halloween 5k Run/walk
DESCRIPTION:The Rockland Road Runners To Infinity & Beyond Halloween 5K will be a fun event for kids and adults. The money raised will go to the Jordyn Seiden Memorial Fund which will benefit kids who struggle with mental illness and intellectual developmental issues. \nRace day fun begins at 8:45 AM and includes a Kids Fun Run\, a costume contest\, marching band\, a clown\, DJ Drewski\, face painting\, a pumpkin patch\, apple cider\, and more.⁣  The race starts at 9:45am \n⁣We encourage you to arrive early so you\, your kids\, family\, and friends can ALL enjoy all the Halloween-themed activities. Plan to be there by 8:30 AM so you don’t miss the Monster Mash warm-up and the East Ramapo Marching Band kicking off the event at 8:45 AM with a march-in to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” \nRegistration for the 5k for kids 0 to 9 is free\, and for children 10 to 18 will be discounted to $30.
