Come out and taste the cuisine of the modern American and Caribbean samplings that Rene’, the owner, will display while we cheer to the new year with old friends, new businesses, and great acquaintances! Mingle, exchange and perhaps stay for dinner! Help us promote Kastel as a new restaurant in NR and do some bragging about the diverse cuisine that North Rockland has to offer!
